This $50 is for the deposit only.
Amount will be applied to the final purchase price.
$4.18/pound hanging weight includes beef and standard processing fees. Additional processing for beef patties and chorizo $1/lb with a 25lb minimum will be passed along to customer.
Final payment in cash or check due upon pickup, credit card will include an additional 3% fee.
Average hanging weight for 1/2 beef is 383 pounds.
Total estimated 1/2 share price is $1600.
All prices and weights for bulk beef are based on carcass hanging weight and include: 14-21 day dry-aging, cut to YOUR specifications and vacuum package. Once your reservation is placed you will receive an email with cut sheet and instructions. Rancher Sarah is available to help you walk through the cut sheet and answer any questions.

This item is not eligible for shipping. Beef must be picked up at the farm in Moscow, Ohio.
Due to differences of individual animals, final hanging weights will vary. Beef take-home weights are approximately 30-35% less than carcass hanging weigh due to trimming and deboning.
